Take a small flight of stairs, or a sleek, modern elevator, up to the main floor to find stylish slate floors, professional Viking stainless steel appliances, and a bright and light sitting area. Wood cabinets meet with light furniture to provide an artistic contrast in the room only a designer can produce. A spacious, elevated dining room table completes the open concept look, along with a meticulously made wet bar, wine chiller and separate beverage fridge included. What makes this room unlike any other, however, is the view from the sitting area. Visitors of Island Chic, get their own piece of Garrison Bight, a protected body of water which accommodates the local charter fishing fleet alongside recreational pleasure boaters. This aquatic sight is accompanied by a bustling marina, peaceful highway, and a glimpse into the skyline from the main island. This diverse view can be seen throughout the entire house, from the living room, to the bedrooms, to the outdoor entertainment area. A reading nook is tucked into the bay side of the master, with a cozy day bed and natural light that will accompany hours of lounging. The day bed accommodated a trundle, which provide for the optional twin beds. A dignified dressing room, with a large mirror and multiple built-in cabinets, leads the visitor to a fully-equipped ensuite bathroom. With a water closet, bidet, walk in shower built for two, and his and hers vanities, it is certainly the bathroom in the home that evokes jealously. To top off this room, are views of Key West native plants and the Garrison Bight, views just as diverse and enticing as the others, but from a higher perspective.     The house was very clean. There was always a nice breeze. The view was nice and there was plenty of room for the entire family. All the bedrooms are wonderfully sized with their own bathroom en suite and very generous closet space for long stays.
    However, the elevator was out of order the entire time we were on vacation. The property had broken furniture, the dishwasher was missing the stabilizer bolts which caused it to tilt outward whenever you open the door.
    The property manager credited our account with a refund of approximately one day of rent for the inconvenience of the elevator not working.

    This property has been beautifully designed and decorated. Everything potential need you may have is addressed. The design is laid out over 3 floors with the entry below in an enclosed garage. An elevator makes for ease of moving luggage and groceries from entry up to the highest level. It had several hiccups during out stay that property management worked diligently to resolve. If you have a boat slips space is assigned with the unit. The unit is modern and immaculate. Appliances are top end. The site allows perfect access to Old Town area and the Commercial areas of the island with ease. There is some road noise off of Roosevelt but it is a distance away. Your plunge pool area abuts to the water's edge with a walkway separating. . The outside living space on pool level has yet to be renovated to the extraordinary level of the rest of the house, but it comfortable, workable, a laid out well. The balconies are on both sides of the home so you can take advantage of either sun or shade.

    The property manager Javier Garrido was outstanding. We had some glitches that are not unexpected in a complex property and he was quick to respond and resolve. He made our stay as easy and seamless as possible. He is a wonderful asset to your stay.

    I hope this property remains in the rental inventory as we plan on coming back each and every year!

    This unit worked out great for us to have our adult children so close by, we live one block away. It is a beautiful condo & there is a wonderful view. We saw Dolphins almost every day and one Manatee, that was so exciting for everyone. Another feature for us was that we keep our boat at the GB marina so we could pull right up to the dock to pick the kids up.

    All in all it was a great stay.
